2. Description of the Service

VizSurge is a video aggregation platform that allows users to:

• Sign in using their Google account
• Discover and view videos from platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, and others
• Create and manage favorites and playlists
• In the future, invite friends and share playlists

The App does not host, download, or store any videos. All videos are streamed directly from their respective sources using official embed players.

3. Third-Party Content and Services

Our App provides access to videos and metadata retrieved via APIs from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube Data API, Vimeo API, Dailymotion API). We do not control or endorse any third-party content, and their respective terms and policies apply when using or viewing such content.

4. User Accounts and Authentication

By using this App, you agree that you will:

All trademarks, logos, and content from YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, and other platforms belong to their respective owners.

We do not claim ownership of any video content displayed in the App. Our App only indexes and displays publicly available information and embeds videos via official APIs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App or from third-party content.

Upon termination, your data (favorites, playlists) may be deleted as per our Privacy Policy.
